The Friends of the New World Symphony named 艾伦·雷斯尼克先生. to its National Council for 2013-2014. Mr. Resnick was the founding Chairperson for the Friends of the New World Symphony.

Resnick is the managing partner of the boutique law firm, the 艾伦·雷斯尼克律师事务所，P.A.他是Faction Capital的创始人. His law practice concentrates on business and commercial matters, and sports and entertainment law. Resnick, a graduate of Leadership 迈阿密, is a leader in the 迈阿密's legal and cultural arts scene. Resnick was awarded the “闪耀之星”艺术奖 & 迈阿密商业委员会. This award each year honors the top 迈阿密 business professional supporting the arts and cultural community. Resnick was the founding chairperson of the Friends of the New World Symphony, and now serves permanently on its Executive Committee. He served on the executive committee for numerous young patron groups in South Florida including, but not limited to: Best Buddies of South Florida, Big Brothers Big Sister's Impact Circle, 拜斯博物馆的艺术人群, the Green Room Society for the Center for Performing Arts, the Tropees of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida, 迈阿密犹太法律协会, and the MOCA Shakers amongst others. He is a Regional Board Member of the Maccabi World Union and a member of the Ben Gurion Society of the Greater 迈阿密 Jewish Federation.

目前, he is a member of the Silver Director's Circle for the Bass Museum,the President's Circle for the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Maestro's Circle for the Friends of the New World Symphony, and a Supporting Member of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts (and a member of the Green Room Society). Resnick is a board member of the 小灯塔基金, www.littlelighthouse.org, which is a 迈阿密 based charity that seeks, identifies and provides support to children and their families with health, 教育, 财政挑战. Mr. Resnick received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with honors from Emory University and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida.
